Tianjin Zhongfa Valve Co., Ltd. (ZFA) has engineered and manufactured flow-control valves since 2006. Wafer Type
Clamped between two pipe flanges by through-bolts. The lightest and most economical body for general isolation.
- Lowest weight and cost per size
- Ideal for HVAC and water distribution
- Not intended for dead-end service
Lug Type
Threaded lugs let each flange bolt independently, so downstream piping can be removed for maintenance.
- Suitable for dead-end service within rated limits
- Simplifies pipeline maintenance
- Common in fire protection and process skids
Double Flanged
Integral flanges on both ends provide the most rigid installation for large bore and high-pressure lines.
- Preferred for large diameters
- Pairs with electric or pneumatic actuators
- Available in triple eccentric metal-seated designs

What certifications does Tianjin Zhongfa Valve hold?
We operate an ISO 9001 certified quality management system and hold CE certification. Certificate copies can be supplied with your catalog request or project documentation.
Do you offer OEM butterfly valve manufacturing?
Yes. We support OEM projects from drawing review and material selection through casting, machining, assembly, pressure testing, custom marking and export packing. We also supply butterfly valve parts — bodies, discs, stems and seats — to valve assemblers.
How do I choose between EPDM, NBR and PTFE seats?
EPDM is generally chosen for water, wastewater and HVAC; NBR for oils, fuels and hydrocarbons; PTFE for aggressive chemicals and hygienic service. Confirm the final choice against the media, temperature and pressure rating of the specific valve.
